Encompass Home Service Corp. designs, manages and administers the program, and claims obligations of the program are fully backed by a federally-licensed financial institution. So you always know your protection is secure.
In BC, Alberta and Saskatchewan, protection takes the form of an insurance policy issued by Starr Insurance and Reinsurance Ltd.
